MF3 is the car control panel in the TCM-MC2 system

1.The power supply part on the MF3 board uses the integrated voltage regulator LM7805,
MF3-C uses the switching power supply chip LM2575S, and the withstand voltage of the power supply part is increased to 40V. The conversion efficiency of the power supply is greatly improved. Due to the low power consumption of the LM2575S, the working stability of the power supply part of the whole board is greatly improved.
2. There are many input and output ports on the MF3 board, but many of them are no longer used or never used。
MF3-C deleted the unused input and output ports on the original board, reduces the faults caused by wiring errors during use, and reduces the size of the circuit board from the original 270mm*135mm to 235mm*135mm.

Functional Description

■CAN BUS communication
MF3 communicates with TCM main board (such as MC2) in real-time, CAN BUS serial communication to exchange data between car control and elevator main board (such as TCM-MC2)
■Internal call button control
MF3 has designed the call button control of the 1-8th floor station. If the elevator is higher than the 8th floor station, the MF4 board needs to be expanded.
■Car display control
The MF3 board decodes the CAN BUS data packets from the main board, and then passes a specific data interface to provide the correct display information to the car display (such as GMA9-S)
■Input and output signals in the car
input signals: Some basic input signals are provided on the MF3 board, which are sent to the elevator control board after MF3 processing,Such as basic operation signals in the car: priority in the car, maintenance up and down, door opening and closing, etc.
output signals: MF3 has designed some basic output signals to receive the control board information through CAN-BUS and output them correctly, such as overload operation, door opening/closing signal, up and down arrival station, etc.
